Conduct regular sessions for idea and startup presentations. The WU board will select those deemed worthy of incubation.

Through our program, we incubate ideas and early phase established companies, refining and preparing them for presenting for our Investment Committee and other investors on our Demo Day. Additionally, we assist idea creators in team formation, CEO recruitment, and the development of product concepts, pitch decks, and business plans.

Investment decisions at WU are made by the Investment Committee. WU invests in startups that have either successfully completed the incubation process or demonstrated traction, provided they have a detailed business plan and have undergone the due diligence process.

WU is open to investing in startups where other investors have already participated. Startups may also receive investment with the condition of securing a co-investor.

Additionally, WU regularly organizes open Demo Day events where startups in the pipeline present, and invitations are extended to other investors.
